Cumberland House Surgery is a long established medical practice just outside of Southport Town Centre. The premises were upgraded and extended in 2011 and we have further refurbished and built a two storey extension in March 2018.

There are five GP partners with a list size of approximately 10,700 patients. The practice has a full complement of staff including Practice Nurses, Nurse Practitioner, Health Care Assistants, Independent Prescribing Pharmacist and a highly experienced administrative support team. 

We are a GMS practice with a high QOF achievement and we have good working relations with our local Clinical Commissioning Group, Community Nursing & Midwifery teams and local hospitals and community clinics. We provide room space for Living Well and Alzheimer's UK weekly, to enable our patients access to social support within their practice.
