Patient Participation Group

We would like to thank all those who attended our first Patient Participation Group Meeting on 27th September.  The event was extremely informative and will be instrumental in gaining feedback about the services we provide in order to improve our services. 

We are also setting up an e mail Patient group in order to obtain feedback electronically with regard to the services we provide.

MAJOR REFURBISHMENT

The surgery refurbishment is now completed and the feed back from our patients is that they are extremely happy with our new improved facilities. Our elderly patients with mobility problems and younger patients with prams are absolutely delighted with having a lift to get them to the first floor. Also the baby change facility has also been highly commended.

PHARMACY

Pharmacy First have now opened their on site pharmacy. If you need to contact them you can ring them on 01704 544677.

NURSE PRACTITIONER

We also would like to welcome our Nurse Practitioner who will be available to treat patients with minor ailments.
